EPISODE 37: ALICIO INAFUKU
Alicio was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He´s a third-generation of Brazilian-Japanese and worked as an engineer for 20 years. In 2010 he decided to learn more about Reiki, and in 2012 decided to found a holistic practice named Casa da Vida (The House of Life). Intuition led him to seek a deeper meaning of the system of Reiki, and he ended up finding Frans Stiene´s books. Alicio did Shinpiden with him in 2019 and was the first proponent of Japanese-style Reiki in Brazil. He is currently living in Japan to perform a kind of Shugyo, which may be defined literally as “conducting oneself in a way that inspires mastery.
